What have you been doing to keep entertained during COVID lockdown?
Spending time with my family and exercising have been paramount to staying fit and well during the pandemic. From heavy basketball workouts with my daughter to prepare her for her next WNBL season, to taking long walks with my wife and kids. Each has played an important role in the physical and mental well being of our family during this time.
